Scottish Dagger
One of the more prevalent accessories
worn in the Middle Ages and Renaissance. It was a utilitarian
tool used for many purposes, including self-defense. Although
this handsome dagger could have been used for miscellaneous day-to-day
tasks, its primary purpose was as a weapon. Designed to be representative
of a style of many daggers of the mid-17th century, this stout
dagger compliments the Scottish Backsword or Claymore. Blade is
high carbon steel with steel guard and pommel. Grip is wood, covered
with leather. Scabbard included.
