Yes, we can match prices!

If you've seen an item we offer at a different website for less, drop us an e-mail and let us know. We can usually meet any competitor's price, but we'll need a little information first:

1. Which item is it? Please include our reference number!

2. Where else have you seen this item? If you can, provide a link directly to the item; otherwise, the other site's Web address will be fine.

This applies retroactively as well! If you find a lower price on the same item within sixty days of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference and we'll credit your account with 20% of the difference in Silvermane Rewards Credit for use with a later purchase.

Price Matching Restrictions

We will be able to match prices on most anything you'll find on our site, with certain restrictions as noted here:

¤ We can't match prices on items in brick-and-mortar stores or at renaissance faires, as there's no way for us to verify the price. We also cannot match prices found via auction sites like eBay and Yahoo! Auctions.

¤ We can only match prices on the exact same item; a lot of the items you'll find at lower prices are cheap knock-offs of the item we are offering. We'll make sure the item you've found is the same as ours before we offer you a price.

¤ Certain items are provided to us under special terms; occasionally, other companies will break those specific agreements and offer items at prices they're not allowed to. We'll do our best to offer you the lowest price, but be aware that in rare cases our distributors will set a minimum price for a given item. We can't sell it below that price or we'll risk losing our account with that company.

¤ We can't match prices on anything other than products. This means that if another site has deals regarding shipping costs or any other expenses, we can't match those aspects of the sale. However, we might still be able to offer you a lower price; many times, free shipping deals and the like are a substitute for a discount.

So, as long as it's the same item and we're not breaking our distribution contracts, we can most likely offer you the same price as our competitor.

Also, if you've seen something on another website but not on ours, please let us know. We're doing our best, but there isn't enough time in the day to make sure all the items we carry get added to our website. There's a great chance that we can get you anything you've seen at a competitor's website (and possibly at a lower price, too)!
