We make every effort to ship your order within a few days of receipt (personal checks allow 7-10 days to clear). Regular ground delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. Continental US shipments are usually made by UPS, other areas at our discretion. In the occasion that we are out of stock on an item and will not be shipping within 3 days, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or to keep any items on backorder. Credit card orders will not be charged until the day the merchandise is shipped.
