Spiked Battle Ready Flail

The flail was originally an agricultural instrument used for threshing grain. However, when impromptu use showed how effective it was, it was quickly adopted as a weapon of war. Soon the standard flail was replaced with flails designed specifically for warfare. The spiked flail was quite popular, but soon someone got the idea of using two smaller spiked balls with two chains, to increase its effectiveness. We are pleased to offer our version of this weapon. Two steel balls, with spikes, attached with two chains to a stout wooden shaft. When fighting heavily armored forces, this is just the thing to have. Chains 10" long. Stars 4" diameter. Wooden handle is 23½" long, 1¼" diameter, capped with metal at each end. Wt. 5 lbs. 12 oz.
