Double Wrap Belt
From the early B.C. Celts to well past
the Renaissance, warriors figured out that a double wrap belt
was a more comfortable way to carry a sword. But it was in Medieval
times that the practice really flourished. When the extra length
of belt wraps around a body the second time, both hips then support
the weight of the sword. Besides the balance, this belt presents
an excellent appearance. Includes a sword frog that will fit all
scabbards. Choose brown with brass studs and buckle, or
black with nickel silver studs and buckle. Available in
waists: S 28"-35", M 33"-40", L 38"-45"
and XL 43"-50" (custom sizing available, please
call for quotes).
